Jiahong's Trick To Stay Fit: Exercise Daily, Eat Healthy!









At 45, Jiahong remains healthy and nimble,
he runs 15 to 30 minutes around the
neighborhood every morning,
He has milk and cereals for breakfast,
and his daily lunch is simple: an apple,
five slices of wheat bread, a handful
of planters mixed nuts
(the last two items are wrapped
inside Great Value Aluminum Foil).
